If you have received a notification email about your policy being refunded and you need the receipt of the refund to locate the funds, we can send you the receipt from the bank.
If the refund was done by card, it will show some of the card details but we don’t store the card holder's personal details nor the bank account details.
If the refund was done by wire transfer, we can get the refund receipt once the funds are settled (it usually takes 24 to 48 hours after the refund is done).
